The ovens in our bakery run 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. That’s freshness to you in every single bite. We specialize in authentic hand-crafted sweet breads. Modeled after a typical Pueblo bakery, we use traditional methods and pure ingredients to create sweet breads and pastries of exceptional quality and character. Lola’s Market is one of the few remaining “scratch bakeries”, where all the ingredients are weighed out, blended, and baked on the premises. Conchas and bolillos are just a couple of the many favorites in the bakery. Our Tres Leches (three milks) cake is the best in the bay area, pre-ordering is highly recommended. We also make many specialties for various occasions like Pan De Muertos (day of the dead bread), Rosca De Reyes (Three Kings bread), wedding and quinceñeara cakes.
